Cast Nylons Limited is a fast growing manufacturing company located in Willoughby, Ohio on Cleveland’s eastside. We are the premier producer of cast nylon products in North America. Our people, our processes and our products are recognized as being among the very best in the industry. We have a current opening in our Finishing Department for a Saw Operator – 3rd Shift.

Under supervision this position is responsible for:

  • Bring raw material into specified sizes and tolerances using a variety of saws and dowelers
  • Inspect and trim product
  • Label and package for shipping or stock
  • Must be willing to work flexible hours

Experience:

  • Manufacturing experience preferred
  • 1-2 years Saw experience
  • Ability to perform basic math skills

Other:

  • Must have stable work history
  • Must be drug/felony free

We are currently searching for a Caster to join its growing manufacturing team.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Follows established formulas and procedures to create mixed batches of materials.
  • Lifts and dumps containers/bags of materials into hoppers and tanks to create batches of material.
  • Sets up and operates machines to filter batches after mixing is completed.
  • Operates lift truck and hoist to transport material.
  • Sanitizes and cleans mixing tanks, press parts, etc. manually and with chemicals after each completed batch.
  • Fills containers with completed mixes, palletizes, and transports to storage area using motorized equipment.
  • Extracts samples and forwards to Quality Assurance with support documentation for testing.
  • Reports abnormal conditions for mixes and machines to supervisor.
  • Performs various other duties

Qualified Candidates should possess the following:

  • 2-5 years Manufacturing experience
  • Ability to stand for long periods

  • CNC Lathe Experience
  • 2nd Shift Position Monday – Thursday but must be willing to work overtime when necessary.
  • 5+ years Manufacturing experience preferred.

Must be able to pass basic Math Test and able to read blueprints

Inside Sales Territory Manager

Cast Nylons Limited (CNL) is the premier producer of cast nylon in North America located on the east side of Cleveland in Willoughby, Ohio. We sell cast nylon stock shapes and custom cast parts through an international network of distributors. The Inside Sales Territory Manager is a dual role. First this position is responsible for overall sales and service of cast nylon products in an assigned territory, which includes providing technical support, quotations, and assisting customers in applying Cast Nylons Limited products to their needs resulting in revenue generation and collaborating closely with Outside Sales in the Zone. Second, the role provides operational ownership and support for functions which may include inputting and monitoring Customer Issues in the ERP system, responding to order expedite requests, order entry for zone(s), data analysis for Zone(s), analysis and reporting related to customer rebates.

  • High degree of accuracy; eye for detail.
  • Self-starter must be able to work with general supervision.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft office experience
  • Must have excellent interpersonal and communications skills, and the ability to interact and work effectively within the organization and with customers.
  • Always demonstrates professional behavior and models CNL values; Excels at providing customer service via the telephone.
  • Must be able to collaborate with customers and distributors to identify product needs.
  • Must be able to respond and adjust to the needs of the business that ensures timely delivery of the product to the customer.
  • Excellent problem solving and team building.
  • Proficient in the use of office equipment such as printers, copiers, and fax machines.
  • Good mathematical skills, good organization skills, professional demeanor especially with customer contact.
  • Required: Associates Degree in Technical or Engineering discipline, Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Minimum Requirements: Three to Five years of sales experience.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the flow of material between multiple buildings
  • Maintains and organizes materials and equipment for easy identification using appropriate method.
  • Keeps areas of work organized at all times
  • Prior tow motor license experience
  • Ability to prioritize workflow
  • Prior experience driving a Box-Truck
  • Must follow a given instruction or set of instructions in order to arrange things or actions in a certain order.

Qualified Candidates should possess the following:

  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
  • Clear driving record
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Able to withstand varying weather conditions while loading/unloading trucks
  • Prior work experience in Manufacturing setting
